This series of short blogs will showcase each of the shortlisted entries for our #RNLD100 logo competition. All the judges felt that the standard was so high that the resources good be used for other promotional resources to celebrate 100 years of learning disability nursing.
So to begin with lets look at the winning logo, the judges liked its fresh look and its clear message. The logo will be available in a range of copyright free formats to download. The creator of the logo does not want to be identified at this stage but we are hoping to convince them to do so. We did ask them to add the #100yrsRNLD hashtag after the competition ended as the team felt that it would bring a wider audience to the 100 year celebrations.
Submission from Angela Wilkinson, a proud RNLD who studied at Keele University
The judges loved this submission as it showcased the key roles of a RNLD and also tipped its hat to the work such as STOMP and Positive Choices. We all felt this would make an amazing postcard and t-shirt design so that is what we are going to do. These products will be available in the New Year.
In tomorrows blog we will share the next two submissions.
